So disappointed!! I've been to the one in Dallas and it was amazing, so when it came to TC I had high hopes. The service is terrible. The bartenders were SO rude, not helping the only waitress servicing the bar area, and were taking shots. We went when it first opened, thought maybe they were just working out kinks, but 6 months later nothing has changed, if anything it was worse.
Fantastic little bar! Great drinks and food. Menu is expanded by offering selections from the bakery next door.
Absolutely the worst service EVER. The bartenders have terrible attitudes and refuse to help their cocktail waitress in any way. This my second time trying this place and I have had 2 unbearable experience. The food and drinks are too expensive for this shit service. Bartenders drinking on the job....no wonder we can't get a drink in a timely manner. I will not return.
Was pleased with the "Customer Service" at this location. Visiting and our hotel did not have a restaurant or bar. Decided to stop for a night-cap and was surprised of the professionalism and concern of the bartender. He was on top of his game. My I-Phone was about dead and he went as far as going to his car and getting his own charger. Being a business mgr, I have a habit of analyzing customer satisfaction. It's been sad lately to see where this new generation is going. Again this young guy was "On-Top-Of-His-Game. It's always a great feeling to come across young people like that. His name was "Aramis". Thanks so much for your service!!!
The staff alone will make you want to come back! Add the "unique" specialty drinks menu, turns any meal into an adventure you will want to repeat! I highly recommend the meatballs! You WILL want to lick the skillet!! Have the grilled cheese with any soup! Say high to Kelsy and Niki when you go!
