The food is good, and the drink selection is fairly good. It seems like the wait staff is a little new -- both times I've been recently the waitresses didn't know the menu well (especially the drinks) and they made some simple mistakes like forgetting to bring a drink or entree. The manager was very apologetic and did a nice job of making things right, though.

We had the pecan waffles and the smoked salmon (lox) on bagel and it was all wonderful. They served complimentary nut bread and ginger bread. The coffee was PERFECT. Very attentive server. Highly recommend!

Ordered a $10 drink (old fashioned) off their menu at the bar. The menu did not specify what whiskey came with the drink. The bar tender then asked me what whiskey I wanted and ran through about 6-8 options. I picked one assuming any of those came with the $10 drink. Got my bill and was charged $20 a drink (for TX whiskey). There was never any communication that choosing a whiskey would double the price. I could have bought an entire bottle for the 2 shots of whiskey my 2 drinks had. Bartender also blew her nose multiple times without washing her hands then refilled a glass water bottle that was half full from the table before to be put back on another persons table. Will never return to another breadwinners restaraunt ever again.

Good food, very friendly.. my only complaint is that it feels a little chaotic. It’s very busy and noisy. It’s hard to have a conversation with someone because of the noise... and something about the seating and the design of the restaurant is just not quite right. Several tables are positioned where people entering the restaurant are constantly passing by... which seems to be where I’m always seated. Otherwise, it’s a good place to eat and I would recommend. The beer cheese soup is great!

Absolutely loved this place the food was amazing the fish tacos were great, and the coconut cream pie was on point. We had a large group and we were seated quickly and our waiter Rico was an absolute stud! The best dining experience I think I have ever had. Next time we go to Texas we will make sure we go here again and have Rico as our waiter!
